After building the Leverage Edu visa vertical and working in growth at Scapia, Sandesh founded Wysa. He built the product himself and tested GTM approaches to find a path to distribution.
The fundraising process exposed the gap between what he had built and what investors needed to see to commit capital. He ran the process, engaged with investors, and ultimately hit the ceiling on both GTM traction and fundraising before deciding to return to operating roles.
The Wysa experience gave Sandesh direct exposure to the full founder journey: product, distribution, and capital. He is now looking to work alongside a founder who has cracked the GTM and fundraising challenges he encountered, with the goal of building those skills before returning to entrepreneurship.
