The Story
Rohit faced a consistent challenge at TresVista: he was producing deal materials for MDs who had fifteen to twenty years of industry experience, and the gap between what he knew and what they expected was real. The materials had to convince both buyers and sellers without alienating either side.
He built a personal workflow to close that gap. He would draft a document, then use AI tools to stress-test it, asking the model to identify every reason the deck could be rejected. The model would surface structural weaknesses, missing context, and framing issues. He would then iterate, running multiple versions before he was satisfied.
He also used AI to review the language and tone of materials, sharing screenshots of text and asking for a critical read. The process was systematic: draft, stress-test, revise, repeat.
The result was a measurable shift in output quality. His MDs began approving materials with fewer rounds of revision, and the pace of deal work accelerated. Across TresVista, AI implementation drove a multiple-times increase in output volume, and Rohit's personal workflow was part of how he kept up with that pace while maintaining quality.
