Overview
After launching Intel Hub on Trademo Intel, Raj applied the same persona-driven engagement framework to Trademo MAP, the second of the two products he owned as sole PM. MAP Hub was designed to give MAP users a curated, relevant view of their data immediately on login, mirroring the approach that had driven the engagement improvement on Intel.
The Story
After launching Intel Hub on Trademo Intel, Raj applied the same persona-driven engagement framework to Trademo MAP, the second of the two products he owned as sole PM. MAP Hub was designed to give MAP users a curated, relevant view of their data immediately on login, mirroring the approach that had driven the engagement improvement on Intel.
Raj owned the full product process for MAP Hub as he had for Intel Hub: customer interviews to understand MAP-specific user needs, PRD authoring, engineering coordination, and launch. The MAP user base had different trade data needs from the Intel user base, requiring him to adapt the persona framework rather than replicate it directly.
The MAP Hub launch extended the engagement improvement across the second revenue-critical product, demonstrating that the persona-driven approach was a repeatable model rather than a one-time solution.
