The Story

Nalin and his team at Bridges for Enterprise were brought in to help Ladewin, an adult literacy startup operating in Nigeria, improve the efficiency and scalability of their teaching practices. The engagement was remote, conducted entirely over Zoom and Google Meet.

He started by talking directly with the founder, teachers, and enrolled students to understand the specific challenges they faced on the ground. This primary research gave the team a grounded picture of where the current practices were falling short for a late-bloomer education context.

He then pulled together secondary research on standardized and best-practice teaching methodologies, filtering for approaches relevant to adult literacy and late-bloomer learners specifically. The team synthesized this into a customized pitch deck with solutions tailored to Ladewin's situation.

Post-delivery, Nalin and the team built in a structured follow-up cadence over several months. Ladewin reported meaningful improvements in their teaching outcomes, validating the recommendations.
