The Story
Meet was assigned a debt financing mandate for a company operating in the biofuel sector during his time at Ashika Group. The task was to build a no-name teaser that could be sent to private credit investors to generate initial interest.
He owned the document end to end. He structured the teaser across four sections: a company overview, the financials and rationale for the raise, the use of proceeds, and the management history and growth prospects. Each section was built from scratch, with Meet responsible for sourcing the information, structuring the narrative, and formatting the final output.
The teaser was sent out to a set of private credit investors. Multiple investors responded with interest, and calls were set up to explore the mandate further. Meet's internship concluded before the process reached a close, but the initial outreach had generated a live pipeline of conversations.
