The Story
Mahendra examined a vendor-payment process that required operations teams and business heads to exchange information before approval. Decision makers needed deal details, payment history, pending amounts, vendor ratings, and business context.
He sat with business and operations users to understand the information they checked and the sequence of their decisions. He translated that workflow into a decision-ready approval package, delivered through WhatsApp with a detailed PDF.
Mahendra owned the work from problem definition through launch. After release, he measured request completion time and gathered qualitative feedback from both user groups.
