Across his work at EY-Parthenon, Kanishk built and maintained research infrastructure that kept analysis organized, traceable, and repeatable across engagements. The need was consistent: every project required significant research, and without clear systems, sources became untraceable and outputs became hard to audit or build on.

Across his work at EY-Parthenon, Kanishk built and maintained research infrastructure that kept analysis organized, traceable, and repeatable across engagements. The need was consistent: every project required significant research, and without clear systems, sources became untraceable and outputs became hard to audit or build on.
He established transparent shared drives with well-defined sourcing conventions, ensuring that every data point cited in an Excel model or PowerPoint slide had a clear, immediately accessible source reference. This applied both to in-project use and to future reference across engagements.
Beyond citation hygiene, he built vendor-specific research repositories: when he identified that a particular research vendor published periodic reports, he created a dedicated folder for that vendor, downloaded each report as it was released, and maintained a summary file tracking what had changed across editions. The same approach was applied to annual reports and key industry publications, with a running summary of material changes in market position, financials, or strategic direction.
The system was designed to serve two purposes: making it easy to source and cite during live project work, and building a cumulative knowledge base that could be drawn on across future engagements in the same sector.
