Kabilan joined Impact Analytics in a platform product role with a mandate to make enterprise implementations more repeatable. The company had mature products across inventory, assortment, and planning, and each implementation required substantial delivery effort.
He defined what an out-of-the-box product needed to include across those surfaces. That meant aligning sales, marketing, account leadership, product leadership, and engineering around reusable scope rather than one-off client configurations.
Kabilan led the configurator product work, including the reusable schemas and platform capabilities needed to package the products for deployment. He balanced commercial expectations with the technical constraints of a complex enterprise platform.
The result was a more standardized implementation path across multiple products. It accelerated more than 15 enterprise implementations by 50% and reduced delivery effort by 50%.
