About the Role

As Business Development Executive at Zyoin, you will own international business development to turn employer demand into recruitment partnerships.

Your remit spans inbound development and outbound sales across international markets, where customer requirements vary. The work requires clear business communication and independent execution against agreed targets.

What You'll Own

  • International prospect pipeline. Develop opportunities across the US, Canada, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
  • Inbound opportunity development. Understand incoming customer requirements and identify relevant recruitment services.
  • Outbound prospecting. Research decision-makers and start conversations through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Sales opportunities through closure. Run discovery, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • CRM records and pipeline targets. Keep opportunity records current and track progress against agreed sales KPIs.
  • Client relationships and handovers. Coordinate with internal teams to carry customer requirements into service delivery.

Signs You'll Be A Great Fit

  • Converted outreach into conversations. You have explained B2B services clearly enough to earn a prospect's next conversation.
  • Developed international prospects. You have adapted communication to buyers in the US, Canada, or Europe.
  • Carried opportunities toward closure. You have kept discovery, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups moving.
  • Delivered against sales targets. You can connect your own activity to qualified meetings, pipeline, or revenue.
  • Managed your own prospect pipeline. You have maintained CRM records and acted on next steps independently.

How We Work

  • Translate ideas into action. Turn a proposed approach into specific prospect conversations and follow-ups.
  • Work toward agreed targets. Use OKRs and KPIs to keep daily effort connected to business priorities.
  • Take responsibility for follow-through. Keep assigned opportunities moving and make the next action clear.
  • Adapt to the customer's context. Understand the employer's business before shaping the recruitment conversation.
  • Keep pipeline information current. Record activity and opportunity progress so colleagues can coordinate effectively.
  • Collaborate from Bengaluru. Work from the office and coordinate with internal teams on client handovers.

The Opportunity

You will help shape international recruitment business within a profitable firm with two decades of operating history. You build on a footprint spanning more than 70 locations and offices in India and Poland. The role gives you direct exposure to overseas buyers and ownership of the commercial relationships you develop.
