About Primenumbers Technologies Private Limited

India's infrastructure pipeline is growing fast, and most of the companies selling into it are navigating procurement blind. Primenumbers built Palladium to change that: a business intelligence platform that normalises over 150,000 government and private sector procurement opportunities every day and delivers actionable insights to sales and procurement teams at India's top companies.

The company is profitable, 700 to 800 customers strong, and one of the very few platforms in India doing this at this scale. The team is around 50 people, built by founders with deep backgrounds in search, scalability, and product-market fit.

A category of one, built in Bengaluru, for the companies shaping India's infrastructure.

About the Role

Primenumbers is profitable, growing, and stretched. The business development team is carrying more pipeline than it can close, and the company is expanding across multiple products and customer segments simultaneously. This seat exists to absorb that demand and convert it.

Palladium by Primenumbers is not a commodity sale. It is a 45-minute demo, a multi-month relationship, and a product that requires you to genuinely understand what you are selling before a customer will trust you with their procurement strategy. The leads come to you. Your job is to earn the close.

What You'll Own

The full sales cycle on inbound leads. From first contact through a 45-minute demo to close, you own every step without handing off.

Product mastery. Palladium is complex and one-of-a-kind; you learn it deeply enough to field hard questions live, mid-demo, from procurement heads at India's largest companies.

Relationships across multi-month cycles. Some deals close in weeks; others take three months of follow-through. You hold the relationship through all of it.

Honest objection handling. When a customer asks something the product cannot yet answer, you say so clearly and come back with the right answer, not a workaround.

Your own pipeline hygiene. You track your deals, know where each one stands, and flag blockers before they become losses.

Customer onboarding handoff. Once a deal closes, you set the customer up for a clean handoff so the relationship starts well.

You'll Be A Great Fit If

You've sold software before, and you can sell it to me right now. You know your current product cold: what it does, who buys it, why they say no, and how you handle that. If you can't explain what you sell in two minutes, this role isn't the right fit.

You've worked at a smaller software company, under 200 people. You know what it means to sell something most customers haven't heard of, without a brand name doing the work for you.

You're comfortable in a 45-minute technical demo. You've held the room through a complex product walkthrough, fielded live questions, and kept the customer engaged without a script to fall back on.

You ask questions when you don't know something. In week two, you're still asking your peers and managers how things work. Silence when you're lost is a red flag here; curiosity is the signal.

You've built relationships through long sales cycles. Three months of follow-through without losing the thread is normal for you, not a grind.

You're honest when you don't have the answer. You say "I'll get back to you" and then actually do. You don't fill gaps with guesswork.

You want to earn, not just be paid. The base is solid. The commission is uncapped, and your top peers are pulling more than 50% of their fixed salary in incentives. That structure excites you, not worries you.

How We Work

Show up and stay curious. Presence matters here, and so does asking questions. If you're stuck, you say so and find the answer.

Own your deals. Nobody is tracking your every move. You know where your pipeline stands and you manage it without being asked.

Learn the product before you pitch it. You don't demo what you don't understand. Mastery comes first; the close follows.

Be honest with customers. If you don't know, you say so. If the product can't do something, you say that too. Trust is the asset.

Minimal hierarchy, maximum autonomy. There is no micromanagement here. You're trusted to do the work and expected to deliver.

Inbound, not outbound. The leads come to you. Your job is to convert them, not generate them.

The Opportunity

Base of ₹20L–₹30L a year, with uncapped commission on top. Strong closers are earning more than 50% of their fixed salary in incentives. Inbound leads only, no cold-calling. A one-of-a-kind product, a relaxed environment, and real earning potential for someone who can close.
