About OpenHearing

Hearing loss affects nearly one in five people worldwide, and the technology serving them has not kept pace. Clinics run on disconnected systems for scheduling, records, billing, and communication, and hearing-care professionals spend more time navigating software than caring for patients. OpenHearing exists because that gap is solvable, and because the people who need hearing care deserve better.

The company builds two things: Conversational Intelligence, which captures and understands the full patient journey across calls, appointments, and follow-ups; and OpenHearing OMS, a clinic operating system that brings scheduling, records, billing, and communication into one place.

Founded in 2025 by Kenneth Bjorneboe and Raghav Shankar, who met at Harvard Business School. Kenneth spent years inside a leading global hearing-device manufacturer across Copenhagen and Chicago. Raghav has spent over a decade building product and technology at consumer scale across B2B and B2C businesses.

About the Role

As Product Success Manager at OpenHearing, you will own the customer relationship from onboarding through long-term adoption across a growing base of US hearing-care clinics.

You will monitor usage and account health, investigate when adoption changes, and work with clinic owners and internal champions to find and fix the friction. You will also carry the product feedback loop: surfacing what customers need, bringing it through discovery, and making sure it reaches the roadmap. The role is weighted toward customer success, with meaningful product ops work alongside it.

You will work directly with the founders and report into the founding team.

What You'll Own

Customer onboarding. Configure OpenHearing for each clinic's workflows and get their teams using the product from day one.

Adoption and account health. Monitor usage across the clinic base; when numbers move, investigate why and act before it becomes a problem.

Customer relationships. Build trusted relationships with clinic owners and internal champions across US-based clinics, primarily over video and async.

Product feedback loop. Bring what you hear from customers into discovery, requirements, and roadmap conversations with the founding team.

Support and troubleshooting. Be the direct point of contact when clinics need help: calls, screen shares, configuration fixes, and escalations to engineering.

Voice of the customer. Represent what clinics need inside OpenHearing, consistently and with evidence.

You'll Be A Great Fit If

Genuinely motivated by the mission. You care about making hearing accessible, and that shapes how fast and how carefully you work.

Built trust with customers in a complex environment. You have owned a customer relationship end to end and have the outcomes to show for it.

Digs into data before drawing conclusions. When something looks off, you pull the numbers first, then go to the customer with the right questions.

Asks better questions than most. In past roles, your curiosity showed up in how you ran conversations, not just in what you delivered.

Comfortable working across time zones with US stakeholders. You have communicated clearly and built relationships with people you rarely meet in person.

Thrives in an early-stage environment. You have worked in a small team where the playbook was still being written, and you contributed to writing it.

How We Work

Start with the customer. Every internal conversation begins with what the clinic needs and what the data shows.

Reach out before things break. When usage shifts, act on it the same day; do not wait for the next scheduled call.

Bring your own point of view. Share what you are seeing, what you think it means, and what you think should change.

Work closely with the founders. Early on, expect daily or weekly check-ins; over time, you develop your own read and bring it to the table.

Geek out about the industry. The best conversations here are about what hearing-care clinics actually need, not just what the product currently does.

Be in the room. The team works on-site in Bengaluru. US clinic hours mean some days run late into the evening IST.

The Opportunity

Cash compensation of ₹13.5L to ₹18L per year, with flexibility for the right person. You report directly to the founding team and own the customer success function. The role gives you ground-floor exposure to building a category-defining company in a market that has been underserved for decades.
