About Moventus

Preventative health is mostly guesswork dressed up as science. Generic plans, generic advice, generic apps. Moventus exists because Ayesha, who cut her teeth at EY and Ultrahuman, believes health programs should close the loop: retrieve your data, build a plan from it, track how your body actually responds, and refine continuously.

The team is under ten people. The system is built, the data schema is finalized, and the engineers are ready. What comes next is the consumer app that makes all of it feel worth opening every morning.

A health platform that learns your body, not just your preferences. Built from Bengaluru.

About the Role

The system is built. The data schema is finalized. The engineers are ready. What is missing is the layer that makes someone want to download the app, open it every morning, and trust it with their health.

You will own the full UX from wireframe to final layout, working directly with Ayesha to take the app from complete backend to launched product. The brief is specific: translate a working system into something people actually want to use. Fresh, clean, exciting, and valuable enough to earn a permanent place on someone's phone. In an era where anyone can vibe-code an app, the design is the competitive edge. You start as a three-month contract; if the fit is right, it converts to a full-time seat at a stronger number.

What You'll Own

  • The full app UX, wireframe to final layout. Every screen, every flow, every interaction pattern. You own how the product feels in someone's hand.
  • The visual identity of the consumer app. Fresh, clean, and distinct from the clinical longevity apps in the market. This should feel like something people want on their home screen.
  • Design decisions, with real authority. You have veto power on design direction. Ayesha will push back; you will push back. The best idea wins.
  • The data experience. Health data is dense. You decide how it flows into the app so it reads as insight, not noise.
  • Integration thinking beyond the app. Where a connection to another service or platform strengthens the product, you flag it and shape how it fits.
  • The launch-ready product. Three months from now, the app ships. Your work is the reason it feels ready.

You'll Be A Great Fit If

  • You've designed a consumer health or wellness app that people actually kept on their phones. Calm, Headspace, Ultrahuman caliber. You know what makes a health product feel inviting instead of clinical.
  • You've shipped end-to-end UX on a consumer app, not just components. Wireframes through final layouts, working with engineers to get it built and launched.
  • You bring fresh thinking, not borrowed templates. Your portfolio shows original design decisions, not recycled patterns from Material or iOS defaults.
  • You hold a point of view on what will work and why. By week six, you are bringing insights to the table: why this flow converts, why that screen will lose people, what innovation the product is missing.
  • You understand data-heavy products. You have made complex information feel simple and actionable in a consumer context.
  • You thrive in high-agency, non-hierarchical environments. You do not wait for a brief to arrive. You draft the brief, make the call, and defend it.
  • You have strong design instinct and trust it. When the data says one thing and your gut says another, you can articulate why your gut might be right.
  • Consumer app experience is non-negotiable. Enterprise dashboards, B2B SaaS, or internal tools do not transfer here. You have designed for people who choose to open your product.

How We Work

  • High agency, real authority. You make unilateral design decisions. You also own the consequences.
  • Direct conversation over process. No tickets for opinions. Say it in the room, on the call, in the chat.
  • Push back and expect pushback. Ayesha will challenge your choices. You challenge hers. The best idea wins, regardless of who brought it.
  • Collaborative, not consensus-driven. Lots of conversation, fast decisions. We talk it through, then someone commits.
  • Show the work early. Prototype before you polish. A rough wireframe in the room beats a perfect mockup delivered late.
  • Energy matters. This is a small team building something from scratch. Bring intensity and genuine excitement for the problem.

The Opportunity

Three-month contract at ₹10L to ₹15L annualized, converting to full-time at a stronger number if the fit is right. Pre-seed equity conversation on conversion. A founding design seat with real authority and veto power on the product's most visible surface.
