Lossless is built around a concentrated market: active traders seeking high-leverage BTC exposure through DeFi.

Its protocol offers up to 1,000x leverage with no fees or slippage. Profits can be withdrawn, while losses trigger token emissions that can be sold or converted into margin credit.

Lossless is a seed-stage company with a team of 1 to 10 people.

As BD / Growth Head at Lossless, you will own acquisition and relationships across its target trader community.

You will bring the protocol to active DeFi traders and turn trusted community access into adoption. The role requires personal trading fluency and established relationships in high-leverage markets.

You will work directly with the founder in a remote, seed-stage team.

• Trader acquisition. Bring 100 to 1,000 relevant high-leverage traders onto the protocol.
• DeFi community relationships. Build trust across trading groups, Discord communities, and DAOs.
• The trader feedback loop. Turn trader needs and objections into clear input for the founder.
• Protocol positioning. Explain the trading model and token emissions with precision.
• Launch distribution. Plan and run focused campaigns for active DeFi traders.
• Early growth evidence. Track which communities and relationships produce active traders.

• Traded with high leverage. You understand the risks, mechanics, and behavior of leveraged markets firsthand.
• Built trust in DeFi communities. You have relationships with active traders across Discord groups and DAOs.
• Used leading perpetual DEXs. You understand how traders behave on Hyperliquid, Lighter, or similar products.
• Spent years inside crypto. You have participated across protocols, DAOs, and trading communities.
• Converted relationships into adoption. You can show how community credibility led people to try a product.
• Worked closely with founders. You have turned a broad goal into focused outreach and measurable learning.

• Stay close to active traders. Spend time where traders exchange strategies, products, and market views.
• Speak from firsthand use. Understand the trading experience before presenting the protocol.
• Build trust before distribution. Earn attention through credible participation and useful conversations.
• Focus on relevant adoption. Prioritize a concentrated group of active traders over broad reach.
• Explain mechanics precisely. Describe leverage, losses, and token emissions without overstating outcomes.
• Bring feedback to the founder. Share trader objections and product needs quickly and clearly.
• Move with urgency. Test focused outreach, read the response, and adjust the next action.

Cash compensation of USD 60,000 to 100,000 a year. You will work remotely and directly with the founder on trader acquisition. The role gives you ownership of early distribution for a seed-stage DeFi protocol.
