About GobbleCube
Professional networking has barely moved in twenty years. Marketplace commerce has moved fast — and most brands are still running it on spreadsheets, gut calls, and fragmented tools. GobbleCube was founded in November 2022 by the ex-core team of Blinkit, people who built one of India's most operationally intense consumer businesses and saw the gap up close.
The platform went live commercially from private beta in September 2024. In nine months, GobbleCube onboarded 45 of India's largest CPG enterprises — HUL, Tata Consumer Products, ITC, Godrej, L'Oréal, Hershey's, and more — and grew revenue 10X. Over 400 brands now run on the platform.
What they're building is an agentic growth operating system: real-time, AI-native solutions across visibility, performance marketing, supply chain, and growth strategy. As commerce gets more distributed and hyperlocal, the complexity brands face compounds. GobbleCube is the system that navigates it for them.
Headquartered in Gurugram, the company supports brands across India, MENA, and LATAM. A global category. Built from Gurugram, for the world.
About the Role
GobbleCube's marketing is becoming a primary growth lever, and this is the seat that owns how the company shows up across every channel. As the first dedicated Marketing Designer, you'll work directly with the founders, with no design layer between you and the decisions that shape the brand.
The role is IC-first and high-ownership from day one. You'll ship fast, build systems that scale, and bring creative thinking that keeps the work from going stale. GobbleCube has grown 10X in revenue and onboarded 45 enterprise CPG brands in nine months. The design bar has to match that pace.
What You'll Own
Own marketing design end-to-end across social, campaigns, ads, and brand collateral — from a single post to a full campaign system.
- The visual identity of GobbleCube's marketing. Every channel, every format. You set the bar for how this brand looks in the world.
- Social content and campaign design. Conceive, execute, and iterate across formats — fast enough to keep up with a company growing at this pace.
- Paid ad creative. Build and test visual assets for performance campaigns across platforms, with an eye on what converts.
- Reusable design systems and templates. Build the infrastructure that lets the team scale output without scaling effort.
- Motion graphics and animation. Basic motion work for social and campaigns — enough to make static content feel alive.
- AI-assisted design workflows. Use tools like Kittl, Flora, or equivalents to compress turnaround without compressing quality.
- The creative standard. Spot stale patterns early. Push the work before anyone asks you to.
You'll Be A Great Fit If
- You have 1–3 years of hands-on marketing or visual design experience, and your portfolio shows range: social, ads, campaigns, brand collateral — not just one format done well.
- You ship quality work at startup speed. You know the difference between done-enough and done-right, and you make that call yourself without waiting for a brief.
- Your visual fundamentals are strong — typography, color, layout, composition — and they show up consistently across your work, not just in your best pieces.
- You've used AI design tools (Kittl, Flora, or equivalents) in a real workflow, not just experimented once. You know where they save time and where they don't.
- You're comfortable with basic motion: simple animations, transitions, social video — enough to bring a static concept to life.
- Ambiguity doesn't slow you down. You've worked in a fast-moving team or startup where the brief was thin and the output still had to be sharp.
- You have an instinct for creative freshness — you recognize when a visual pattern has gone stale before anyone else in the room does, and you already have a direction in mind.
- You want to be the person who shapes how a fast-growing B2B platform looks to the world, not the person who executes someone else's vision.
How We Work
- Ship fast, then sharpen. Speed is a design constraint here, not an excuse for low craft. Get it out, then make it better.
- Own the brief. If the brief is thin, write it yourself. Waiting for direction is not an option at this stage.
- Bring the idea, not just the execution. The best work here starts with a point of view, not a template.
- Spot the stale pattern early. If something looks like every other B2B SaaS brand, say so before it ships.
- Work directly with founders. There is no design manager between you and the people making product and brand decisions. Use that access.
- Build for scale, not just for now. Every system you build should make the next ten assets easier to produce.
- Use AI as a craft tool. AI tools are part of the workflow, not a shortcut around it. Know when to use them and when not to.
