About Dezerv

Wealth management in India has long sat at two extremes: self-directed investing for those who know the markets, and opaque advisory for those who don't. Dezerv exists because affluent Indians deserve a better option: expert-managed, transparent, and built around their actual financial goals.

That belief produced a PMS platform that combines human relationship managers with a digital infrastructure built to support them at every step of the client journey.

Dezerv operates at Series C scale, backed by leading investors, with a team of several hundred people building the infrastructure for the next generation of wealth management in India.

About the Role

As PM, RM Enablement at Dezerv, you will own the product systems that power the relationship manager's full conversion journey.

You will define and build the CRM, allocation logic, roster management, and communication infrastructure RMs rely on daily. The role asks for systems thinking, structured problem decomposition, and the empathy to treat RMs as your primary users.

You will sit within the Digital Sales and Sales Enablement pod, reporting to the Head of Product.

What You'll Own

CRM and lead management systems. Own the tools RMs use to track prospects from first call through conversion.

RM allocation and routing logic. Define which RM gets which customer and build the systems that enforce it.

Communication infrastructure. Build the platform that surfaces RM-client interactions, flags follow-up gaps, and nudges better outreach.

Roster management. Own the scheduling and capacity systems that keep the RM floor running.

Assisted digital discovery. Lead the 0-to-1 discovery and build for Dezerv's new assisted digital sales motion.

Roadmap and execution. Translate a messy, multi-surface problem space into a sequenced, shippable plan.

You'll Be A Great Fit If

Built internal or B2B-facing products. You have owned a product used by operators, sales teams, or internal users and understand what adoption actually requires.

Worked inside a CRM or sales tooling context. You have built or improved systems that a sales or relationship management team depended on daily.

Decomposed messy problem spaces. You can take an ambiguous operational challenge and break it into clean, buildable chunks.

Thought in systems. You design for behaviour change through product, not just feature delivery.

Pulled your own data. You are comfortable writing SQL, running basic analysis, and making calls without waiting for a data team.

Operated with user empathy in a non-consumer context. You have treated internal users with the same rigour you would apply to a consumer product.

How We Work

Treat your users like customers. RMs are your end users; sit with them, watch how they work, and build from what you see.

Break the problem before you build the solution. Decompose messy operational challenges into clean buckets before writing a single spec.

Own the feedback loop. Your users are in the same building; close the loop fast and iterate on what you learn.

Work from data you pull yourself. Run your own SQL, build your own view, and make the call before escalating to analytics.

Ship to enable, not to impress. The measure of good work here is RM adoption and conversion impact, not product elegance.

Move between discovery and execution. Some of this roadmap is defined; some of it needs to be found. Switch modes without losing momentum.

The Opportunity

You report to the Group PM within the Digital Sales and Sales Enablement pod. The role gives you direct ownership of the systems a 250-person revenue team runs on, with a fast, visible feedback loop from the users you build for.
