About Atomicwork
Atomicwork believes enterprise IT support should be easier for employees and more effective for service teams.
It builds an AI-powered IT service management platform for enterprise teams.
Atomicwork is a Series A company with 51 to 100 employees.
About the Role
As Platform Product Manager at Atomicwork, you will own integrations, APIs, and reusable platform capabilities.
You will shape secure, reliable capabilities used across the product. The role requires technical fluency, customer research, clear product judgment, and hands-on ownership from discovery through iteration.
You will report to the Head of Product and Design and work across product, engineering, and design.
What You'll Own
- Enterprise integrations. Own connections with CRM, ERP, and HRMS systems from discovery through iteration.
- API management. Define APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data-sync behavior around customer needs.
- Reusable platform capabilities. Build shared foundations that multiple product teams and customers can use.
- Architecture tradeoffs. Balance delivery speed with security, reliability, scalability, and flexibility.
- Customer and internal research. Learn how customers and product teams consume each platform capability.
- Product documentation. Write clear requirements and explain technical choices across functions.
Signs You'll Be A Great Fit
- Owned SaaS integrations personally. You can name the systems, customer need, decisions, and outcomes you owned.
- Built shared platform capabilities. Your work served several products, teams, or enterprise customers.
- Made technical product tradeoffs. You weighed APIs, data movement, security, reliability, and future limits.
- Led work from discovery to iteration. You carried research, definition, launch, and learning after release.
- Turned customer needs into systems. You converted varied requests into reusable product capabilities.
- Explained complex choices clearly. Your writing aligned engineers, designers, PMs, and business teams.
- Worked in ITSM or enterprise SaaS. You understand workflow-heavy products and enterprise requirements.
How We Work
- Start with the real user problem. Use research, data, customer calls, and internal teams to define the need.
- Own the full product cycle. Carry each capability from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
- Design for reuse. Turn individual requests into capabilities that serve several teams and customers.
- Ask before proposing. Structure the ambiguity and test assumptions before choosing a solution.
- Debate tradeoffs with evidence. Make speed, security, reliability, and scalability choices explicit.
- Document the decision. Write clearly enough for technical and business teams to act with shared context.
- Build together in Bengaluru. Work from the office four days a week, with Wednesday from home.
The Opportunity
Compensation will be discussed based on fit; no public range was provided. You report to the India-based Head of Product and Design. You own integrations, APIs, and shared platform capabilities as a hands-on individual contributor. The role gives you end-to-end ownership of foundations used across Atomicwork.
