Cofounder / CEO / Customer support, Arrowhead

About Arrowhead
Enterprise sales conversations in India are still largely human-run, slow, and inconsistent. Arrowhead was built on the belief that voice AI can do it better: longer conversations, higher conversion, and outcomes that hold up to scrutiny in production. The agents are live at 50+ enterprises, including Paytm, Axis Bank, RBL Bank, IndusInd, Aditya Birla Capital, HDFC Ergo, Bajaj Housing Finance, and Tata 1mg. Every POC has converted to production. The conversion numbers are 45 to 50% higher than human agents.
Devyani, founder and CEO, comes from BCG and Wharton. The company is Stellaris-backed, with Kunal Shah (CRED), Madhusudanan R (M2P Fintech), and senior operators from TurtleMint, Kissht, and other fintech leaders on the cap table, most of them existing customers. Flat structure, daily founder huddles, weekly sprint cycles. A category being defined right now. Built from Bengaluru, for the continent.
About the Role
Arrowhead's voice AI is already in production at 50+ enterprises. Every POC has converted. The conversion numbers hold up to scrutiny. What hasn't been built yet is the system that makes the market feel that.
This is that seat. You'll walk in as a team of one, own the full marketing charter from day one, and build the team under you once the engine is running. Voice AI for Indian enterprises is a category being defined right now. The next eighteen months decide who owns it. You'll be the person figuring out Arrowhead's path through it, with the budget, the decision-making space, and the room to ship work that travels.
What You'll Own
The brand from zero. Category position, narrative, voice, and design. You own the website, social handles, customer stories, and product marketing, including positioning, battle cards, and sales collateral. The bar: everything Arrowhead puts out feels like it came from one company that takes itself seriously.
The founder content system. Three founders each hold a sharp point of view on category, technology, and operations. You build the system that turns their voices into a real distribution channel on a regular cadence: LinkedIn, X, podcasts, op-eds, panels.
The organic engine. Content, SEO, social, PR, analyst relations, partnerships, organic ABM. Share of voice, founder following, and marketing-influenced pipeline are how you'll know it's working.
The inorganic engine. Paid digital, LinkedIn ABM into named ICPs, executive events and roundtables, creator and influencer partnerships, OTT or OOH where the spend earns it. You decide where the money goes.
The inbound pipeline number. High-quality inbound leads that convert to POCs. That is the KPI. Brand, content, and demand gen are the levers; the pipeline number is what you're held to.
The team you want. Once the engine is running, you hire under you. You set the bar for who comes in.
You'll Be A Great Fit If
You've built a marketing function from scratch at an early-stage B2B SaaS company. Not optimized an existing one. Built it. Ideally in a regulated market: fintech, BFSI, insurance, healthtech, or similar.
You've owned a hard pipeline number and delivered on it. Not impressions, not MQL counts. A sourced opportunity value, a pipeline target, a share-of-voice goal. You hit it at least once and can walk through how.
You've grown organic reach without large paid spend. Share of voice from zero to meaningful, a founder content system that actually ran, or user growth without paid. You know what compounds and why.
You've run ABM into enterprise accounts. Named ICP targeting, executive events, roundtables. You understand why brand and category work shortens sales cycles at enterprise deal sizes.
Your work ethic matches a founding team's. You don't separate work and life the way a corporate role asks you to. You move fast, you figure things out when you don't know how, and you're proactive before anyone asks.
Strong critical thinking and resourcefulness are how you operate. When data and gut point in different directions, you know how to reason through it. You default to data, but you understand what the data is actually measuring.
Your background reads early-stage, not corporate hierarchy. Companies like SquadStack, Gyani, CleverTap, LeadSquared, Dream11, or Whole Truth. Or a founder's office role where you owned a significant marketing surface. Frequent job-hopping or a long run inside a large corporate structure are signals this seat isn't the right fit.
How We Work
Own the charter completely. You lead the marketing function. Devyani is there to support, not to manage. The decisions are yours.
Move on weekly cycles. Sprint cadences are short. Work ships fast. If something isn't working, you know within a week and you adjust.
Huddle daily. Flat structure, daily founder touchpoints. You'll know what's happening across the company and the founders will know what's happening in marketing.
Make every decision with data. Every hypothesis gets a quantitative test. If the data disproves it, you move on. That's not a failure; that's how the team operates.
Ship before you perfect. Prototype, test, learn. A working thing beats a polished plan about the thing.
Write clearly and speak directly. Strong written and verbal clarity is a baseline here, not a differentiator. Two sharp pages beat sixteen bloated ones.
The Opportunity
Stellaris-backed, with a founding equity conversation on the table. Cash between 30L and 60L, calibrated to your previous comp and the impact you've driven. A one-of-one seat: the first person to decide how Arrowhead's category enters the market.
