The dashboards reduced the time required for recurring reporting tasks, freeing up capacity for analysis rather than data assembly. They also improved the accuracy of leadership visibility into multi-region operations, providing a consistent view of where projects stood and where gaps were emerging.
He also integrated AI tools into internal reporting workflows, automating portions of the recurring documentation process and cutting manual effort on those tasks.
