Profound stores the following types of data associated with your account:

• Usage data, including how you interact with the platform
• Content you create, such as profile information, stories, and conversation history

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to hey@profound.me. We will process your request and confirm once your data has been removed.

What to Include in Your Request

Please include the following in your deletion request:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account

What Happens After Deletion

Once we process your request, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained beyond this period where required by law or to fulfill legal obligations.
