He introduced an AI-powered sourcing tool to the research team as a practical solution to a real workflow problem, making the case based on how it fit the actual process rather than on novelty alone.
By working across the engineering and research boundary, he helped significantly reduce curation time, freeing analysts to spend more time on interpretation and less on information gathering.
The project also contributed to Gain.pro's broader early efforts to explore how AI could support private markets research at scale.
