Overview
Astha defined an enterprise dashboard for BharatPe merchants with multiple shops, users, and devices. The MVP supported merchants operating up to 20 to 30 shops, and Adani was the first customer onboarded.
The Story
Astha worked on BharatPe for Business, which initially supported one shop per merchant. She identified a different set of needs among larger merchants operating many shops, multiple devices, and several managers.
She gathered those customer requirements and differentiated the enterprise offering from the base product. The team scoped support for multi-shop operations, multiple speakers and POS devices, and more than one owner or manager.
Astha defined the MVP around the operational needs of this mid-market segment. The dashboard was offered alongside the existing BharatPe for Business app, with revenue tied to order volume across multiple shops.
Adani was the first customer onboarded to the enterprise dashboard.
