Overview
Astha helped launch Lumen's credit card product by narrowing a broad requirement set into an MVP. She deferred an agent-led payment feature because expected onboarding was only 200 to 300 customers per month.
The Story
Astha joined the Lumen credit card launch with a broad set of requirements spanning the app, external vendors, and Zeta's internal SaaS platform. Her role was to determine what had to exist for launch and what could wait.
She prioritized the MVP, helped select integrations including Digify and GoCardless, and aligned the delivery plan around a shorter path to go-live. The product launched three weeks before the conversation.
A key decision concerned statement repayment. The team wanted support agents to make payments for customers through Agent Center, but Astha assessed the expected early volume and concluded agents could guide customers through the app instead.
She moved the Agent Center payment flow to the following quarter, preserving the launch timeline while keeping a support path available.
