The Story
In 2009, Anupam made the decision to leave a career in analytics and found AKDesign, a design practice built around his interest in user experience and product design. The move was deliberate: he had spent years working with data and wanted to apply that analytical foundation to the design problems he found more compelling.
He built AKDesign into a full-lifecycle design and development practice, taking on clients across consumer and business applications. His analytics background shaped how he approached design decisions, bringing quantitative thinking to a discipline that often relies on intuition.
Over the following decade and a half, he worked with clients across a wide range of industries, building a practice with genuine breadth across both consumer and enterprise contexts.
