Aditya joined Upraised as its first full-time employee in May 2019, before the company had a team, a product, or a proven model. He worked directly with the CEO to design and build the company's flagship career-transition programs from scratch.
His role was deliberately cross-functional. He took active ownership across product, marketing, operations, learning design, and assessment, filling gaps as the business needed rather than staying within a defined scope. This breadth gave him a ground-level view of how a startup finds product-market fit under real constraints.
Over five years, Aditya helped scale the business from zero to 60 employees and from zero to $2M in annualised revenue. He also built and ran the programs that helped more than 100 people land product management roles at companies including CRED, Meesho, Razorpay, Swiggy, and IndiaGold.
